Astrum Group Services Key Holding Services cannot only eliminate the inconvenience of false alarm activations but also assist you in exercising your duty of care to your employees or family by removing the physical risk they face as the result of a genuine alarm activation, more than 200 people have been attacked or killed whilst responding to alarm activations in the past 10 years.
In accordance with BS7984 requirements Astrum will act as your primary Key Holder and respond to alarm activations on your behalf. Our contracted control room will liaise with the alarm receiving centre and a patrol vehicle will be deployed to your premises. If in the event of a false alarm our Officer will carry out the necessary reset procedure but in the unfortunate event of a breakin our Officer will liaise with the police and boarding up companies to ensure that the premises is re-secured as quickly as possible, all clients will informed of activations either by means of a incident report being left at the premises or by telephone contact in the event of an emergency, if your premises is unable to be re-secured an Officer will stay with the premises untill further arrangements can be made.
Our Key Holding Services also operate an lock and unlock service our Officers are able to ensure that your premises is fully locked and secure at the end of the day and re-opened in the morning for business as usual this service includes the locking of car parks, buildings, offices, compounds etc.
